Start a new career at our locally owned & operated Ashley furniture store! We're looking for a full time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. We have a beautiful showroom, supportive team, and want to invest in a team that wants to grow with us.

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will...

Guide customers through the showroom, helping them discover products that fit their lifestyle.
Demonstrate features and benefits of furniture, mattress and accessory products throughout the showroom.
Help customers navigate our delivery, service and payment options.
Finalize the sale and provide follow up communication to your customers.
Reach out to potential customers, invite them into the showroom, and set appointments.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
